Karnataka anti-conversion Bill can't infringe upon tribal rights: Ex-Union Minister

Kishore Chandra Deo said not only must the Karnataka government clarify this point of concern on STs but the Centre too must do so as the President will have to give his assent to the bill since there was a possibility of more BJP-ruled states adopting the Karnataka version of the proposed law.
