RBI consulted on electoral bonds, agreed to finaliseGarg said after initially asking that the electoral bonds be issued by RBI only and in physical form, the central bank later wanted to issue the bonds digitally. Then again consultations were held with RBI, and later it was agreed that electoral bonds should be issued through SBI.
