Govt overlooking tribunals’ orders is disturbing: SC

Expressing concern over “a disturbing trend” of the government not implementing directions of tribunals and thus undermining their independence, the Supreme Court on Friday directed the setting up of an independent National Tribunals Commission to supervise appointments and functioning of tribunals.
