Congress to stay away from TV debates for a month

Congress on Thursday barred its spokespersons from representing the party on TV debates for a month. Taking to Twitter, party communications in-charge Randeep Singh Surjewala requested all media channels and its editors to not place any Congress representatives on their shows. This came after Rahul Gandhi offered to step down as party chief, taking moral responsibility for the dismal performance.
